Lunch at Pukeko Junction Cafe

About 2 weeks ago (10th January 2017) my flatmate turned 23 and to celebrate it she decided we should go for a little roadtrip (about half an hour) to a cute cafe. The trip there a super joyous one filled with singing to the 1975 and snapchatting sillyness and the whole idea of going there was honestly a gift of greatness to a day.

Once getting there I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the cabinet case of food. This was the moment when my then vegan brain switched off and I ordered a couscous salad (sorry to self but the feta in it looked good and the stuffed capsicum looked not overwhelming to say the least).I did though, get a vegan orange cake which was simply incredible! Our meals were all entirely enjoyable and my friends iced chocolates looked so so good I was regretful almost immediately of not getting one.

I’m generally not someone who would share a food photo, but how good does this salad look???? I thought the world deserved to see that on occasion I infact do eat salads and they can look so good so so so good in fact haha.

In conclusion, if you have the chance pop in and get some of there amazing treats, then do so! It’s a little pricey but well worth it for the quality and variation on offer.
